Natalia Iding is a Research Specialist in the Department of Urology and Surgery. She is part of an excellent research team that focuses on improving working conditions for surgical trainees and attendings where racial, ethnic, and gender disparities exist. Natalia earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a certificate in LGBTQ+ Studies. She is deeply committed to community-centered work, aiming to create inclusive environments where individuals of all backgrounds can be supported, thrive, and share their stories.
