Kelsey Card is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Madison, WI. She currently has a private practice with a focus area on couples, sex, LGBTQ+ folks, and sport psychology. She earned her undergraduate degrees from UW-Madison in Human Development and Family Studies, and Gender and Women’s Studies. She also completed a certificate in Classical Studies. Kelsey has an M.S. degree from Edgewood College in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a tutor and mentor in the UW-Madison athletic department, as well as being a community mental health provider for the student-athletes. Kelsey is also a two-time Olympian for Team USA in the discus throw, and competed in the Rio and Tokyo Games. She served as the Athlete Services Coordinator for all of Team USA at the Paris Olympic Games. As part of this project, Kelsey has been able to connect with the grandmas to learn and share their stories and songs, connecting generations with activism and passion.
